Pomona, CA - April 2, 2003 - Alliant Event Services, Inc. (AES), a national event, staging, lighting, computer rental and technical service company opens for business. A planned growth company, AES comes from VisionMaster AV located in Pomona, CA, a leading audio visual and event services company with over 19 years experience. With the closure of Personal Computer Rental Corporation (PCR), a leading computer rental company with national offices, VisionMaster worked with management to purchase PCR’s inventory assets. In addition, VisionMaster acquired the highly experienced PCR technical and branch manager staff of 9 offices. This visionary move by the VisionMaster management team triggered the name change to Alliant Event Services to better suit the new mission: To be the leading total event services company providing a single source solution for any, audio, visual, staging, lighting, computer rental and technical services needs.

AES now has additional growth plans that will expand our offices from 10 to 13, targeting new offices to serve the New York, Philadelphia, and Chicago local and national markets.
